After graduating from King’s College London (2001) Angela completed her Vocational Training year in Suffolk then worked at the Norfolk and Norwich Hospital for two years as a Senior House Officer in maxillofacial surgery. She gained experience in treating patients with head and neck cancer, in extractions of difficult teeth, treating oral soft tissue lesions and treatment of fractures of the face and jaws under general anaesthesia.
Following this she worked in the NHS Community Dental Service for 17 years, treating patients with special needs or anxiety in a variety of settings, including dental clinics, prisons, home visits, care homes and in hospital for patients requiring sedation or general anaesthetic, whilst also working in general dental practices in London and East Anglia. Angela joined Manningtree Dental and Implant Centre in 2021.
Angela has a passion for learning and has kept up to date with the latest advancements in dental technology and techniques throughout her career; so that she can provide the best treatment available for her patients. Knowing the importance of saving teeth has led her to develop a special interest in endodontics and as such she has treated patients at The Harley Street Academy of Advanced Endodontics as part of their fellowship programme.
Angela offers a full range of general dental services including oral surgery, dentures, white fillings, crowns, bridges, Invisalign (comprehensive), teeth whitening and retains her special interest in endodontics.
Angela always puts patients interests first and loves working in partnership with her patients to help them maintain their teeth, gums and beautiful smiles for life.
Outside of work Angela enjoys spending time with family and friends, travelling and experiencing new cultures. She enjoys staying active and loves going for long walks in nature as well as participating in regular Qi Gong classes which help to keep a sense of balance and wellbeing.
